11:30 AM - 1:30 PM
Orange County Convention Center
Orlando, Florida

This year's event is being held in conjunction
with the Florida Nursery, Growers & Landscape Association's statewide event, The Landscape Show

For over thirty years, the Ag Institute and Farm Credit have brought candidates for Florida's top offices - including Governor, Chief Financial Officer, Attorney General and Commissioner of Agriculture - together with members of Florida's ag industry for a luncheon event that allows candidates to express their views on top ag issues and producers to ask questions directly of the candidates.

Don't miss this key event!  For information on the 2010 forum and to be included on our invitation mailing list, please email us.   Cost to attend is $75 per person ($750 per table of ten).

Corporate table sponsorships are also available and include recognition at the event and a priority seating table for ten guests for $1,000.  For more information call 863-675-2144.

Proceeds from the Forum benefit the Agriculture Institute for research and the promotion of Florida agriculture.

2009  AIF ANNUAL MEETING
and LUNCHEON

Thanks to everyone who made this year's meeting a success!

New technology - and economic necessity - have brought about profound changes in the traditional media which have dramatically impacted how journalists work and how news is covered.  In his presentation Being Heard in a ChanginFaulmanng Communications Landscape, this year's keynote speaker Bruce Faulmann, former publisher of Florida Trend magazine, offered insights on what these changes mean for agriculture and how the industry should be adapting, as well as offering tips for getting our stories to the media and the public. Before joining the magazine in November 2008, Bruce spent 24 years in the daily newspaper business.  He served as Senior Vice President of Advertising for the Tampa Tribune prior to joining Florida Trend.
